Pocket diapers are a two part system, a shell consisting of the outer waterproof cover and inner lining, and an absorbent insert that is stuffed in the diaper through an opening. The lining of pocket diapers wicks moisture away from baby's bottom and holds it in the insert, leaving a dry feel on your baby's skin. Pocket diapers wash well and dry fairly quickly as the insert is removed and washed and dried separately.
