In submitting an order on this website you will be asked to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and credit card/payment details. You agree that all information that you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

You agree to pay all charges accrued by authorized users of your credit card. All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Your order may be subject to sales tax and/or shipping charges, which you are responsible for paying. Bumbini Cloth Diaper Company retains title to all items purchased until payment is received in full, at which time the title passes to the purchaser.

We are unable to sell goods to anyone under eighteen years of age (18). In using this website you represent that you are eighteen years of age (18) or older.

taxes

Taxes are applied based on the address of the credit card holder making the purchase. All items purchased in Canada incur a Goods and Services Tax (GST), of currently 5%. Items purchased by customers in British Columbia are also liable for the Provincial Sales Tax (PST), of currently 7%, except on items that are PST-exempt. Items purchased by customers in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick are subject to the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) of currently 13%. All other customers residing in a province that collects taxes and that is not listed above are required to report and remit the tax owed to your provincial authority.

typographical errors

In the event that www.bumbini.ca contains an error in the description of a product or its dimensions, or mistakenly lists a product at an incorrect price, Bumbini Cloth Diaper Company reserves the right to correct any of these inaccuracies and refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bumbini Cloth Diaper Company will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price, or will send a cheque for the amount of the incorrect price if a credit card was not used to make the purchase.
